Discount Tire

I bought four new tires from this location and have already had to return three separate times to have them rebalanced. The problem is that they aren’t properly cleaning the wheels before applying the balancing weights, so the adhesive doesn’t hold. By the next morning, the weights are lying in my driveway, and my tires are out of balance again. What’s even more frustrating is the wait. Even when I arrive 30 minutes before they open, I’m still stuck waiting a long time. It feels like they prioritize new tire sales over taking care of customers who have already spent money there. I understand that mistakes happen, but having to come back three times for the same issue is unacceptable. Good customer service doesn’t end once the sale is made.

My experience at this particular location has always been great! I purposefully drove to a further location, because of the outstanding customer service I’ve received in past visits. Yesterday was no exception, Jordan went above and beyond his job title! I really appreciate your attentiveness and personable approach to take care of my vehicle. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for honest, and reliable service!

I got a nail in my tire and happened to be around the corner from the store and decided to pull in there. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The store was very busy, but they worked on my car and it was quick. They passed the tire up in no time and did not even charge me. They were awesome with their service. Keep up the good service.

I had a great experience at Discount Tire! I met one of the managers, Matt, at Range Rover and he introduced himself and assured us that his shop would take care of all our needs. They absolutely delivered on that promise. The team was caring, professional, and made sure our car was taken care of and ready to go in less than two hours. Great prices, amazing customer service, and an overall smooth experience. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Discount Tire. Andrew greeted me right away and made the check-in quick and easy while clearly explaining my tire replacement. I had an appointment and they stayed right on schedule. I really appreciated that there was no upselling at all, just straightforward service. I own a window company and we carry a lot of windows with heavy loads, so my tires wear out quicker than most. Because of that, I pay attention to how places handle service, and these guys did it right. Robert took care of the install and had all four tires done in about 35 minutes. I got a text as soon as it was finished and they pulled my truck right up front ready to go. They also offer free tire rotation after 6,000 miles, which is a nice bonus. Overall just a smooth, easy experience. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend them.
